Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can ask to return your product within 30 days after you received your order.
If you receive a damaged item, you can ask for a repair, a replacement, or a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that made-to-order products, such as a commissioned artwork and custom and made-to-order design pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
All return costs are covered by the customer.

Shipping 

Processing & Delivery
All artworks are shipped directly from our studio. Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your painting is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Secure Packaging
We take the utmost care in preparing your artwork for transport to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Flat Protection: Your painting will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box.
Studio-to-Home Standards: We ensure all artworks are packaged according to very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of internal support built into the packaging, making its journey as safe as possible as it travels from our studio to your home.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that for international deliveries outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Products & Descriptions

​Atelier Minimalist strives to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. Product images, colours, materials and descriptions on the website are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, production processes or natural material characteristics. As certain items may be handcrafted or produced in limited collections, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects. Product availability is subject to stock levels and Atelier Minimalist reserves the right to modify, discontinue or update products at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are stated in EURO (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs and any additional charges will be clearly communicated before completion of the order. Atelier Minimalist reserves the right to adjust prices, correct pricing errors or update product information at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error, Atelier Minimalist reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order placed at an incorrect price, even if an order confirmation has already been sent.
